Kazakhstan launched a crypto-to-fiat card pilot program with five major banks, aiming to integrate digital assets into the traditional financial system. The card allows users to make seamless payments by converting crypto assets to fiat currency instantly. This initiative aligns with the country's ambition to become a regional leader in digital finance, leveraging the Astana International Financial Centre's regulatory framework and digital infrastructure.
